The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Virginia is seeking information for planning purposes to identify qualified and experienced sources in an effort to provide an annual subscription of software components from the Maryland Education Enterprise Consortium's (hereinafter MEEC ) Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (hereinafter EES) on behalf of the United States Naval Academy.
