MIL DEPT - AASF RC and CST Roof Replacement

Background

The State of Vermont Military Department is issuing a construction invitation to bid for the Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) Readiness Center (RC) and Civil Support Team (CST) Roof Replacement project located at 141 Shamrock Rd in South Burlington, Vermont. The goal of this contract is to replace the flat roof over the CST, RC, and AASF facilities.

Work Details

The project consists of the full removal and replacement of the flat roof over the CST, RC, and AASF. This includes the complete removal of existing ballasts, insulation, and parapet metal. Specific details regarding materials and installation methods may be provided in the drawings and specifications available from the Project Manager.

Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed within a specified timeframe as outlined in the bid documents.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all requirements outlined in the solicitation. Full bonding is required for this job. Bidders must also submit a Base Access Registration/Record Check Form for background checks on employees who will work on-site. Additionally, bidders are required to adhere to domestic preference for procurements and are prohibited from using Russian-sourced goods as per Vermont Executive Order No. 02-22.
