Background The contract is issued by the U.S. Department of Energy, managed by Brookhaven Science Associates. The goal of the contract is to procure a vacuum oven for use in scientific applications at the Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). Work Details The vendor will supply a vacuum oven with the following specifications: 1. Capable of reaching a minimum temperature of 500°C. 2. Internal volume must be at least 18” x 18” x 18”. 3. Temperature control will be managed by a programmable temperature controller to regulate baking time and temperature. 4. A minimum of 2 shelves must be included with the oven. 5. Input power requirement is 20A at 208V single phase. 6. The system will not include a pumping system. 7. A water chiller must be included in the system. 8. NRTL certification is required for the equipment. 9. The vendor is responsible for providing adequate packaging to prevent damage during shipment. Place of Performance P.O.
