Background The Government requires the purchase of NextSeq 2000 Silver Support Plan and iSeq 100 Advance Exchange Support Plan from Illumina, Inc. This acquisition is being conducted by the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) to ensure continued support and maintenance of critical laboratory equipment. The goal of this contract is to secure reliable support services for these analytical instruments, which are essential for the agency's mission in research and development. Work Details The contract includes the following tasks and services: 1. iSeq 100 Advance Exchange Support Plan - 12 units per month. 2. NextSeq 2000 Silver Support Plan - 12 units per month. 3. Options for additional support plans for both iSeq 100 and NextSeq 2000 for three subsequent years, with each option also requiring 12 units per month. 4. Delivery and acceptance of services at the Army Research Laboratory Shipping & Receiving location. Period of Performance The Period of Performance will consist of one base year and three option years.
