Background The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 5th Contracting Squadron at Minot Air Force Base, ND, is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the rental of excavators. The goal of this contract is to secure two compact excavators and one standard-sized long-reach excavator to meet operational needs at the base. Work Details The contractor will provide the following equipment rentals: 1. Four months rental of a compact excavator from May 18 to September 21, 2026. 2. One month rental of a compact excavator from June 1 to June 26, 2026. 3. Two months rental of a standard-sized long-reach excavator from September 14 to November 16, 2026. All equipment must meet the specifications outlined in Attachment 1 - Physical Characteristics. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over various periods in 2026, specifically from May through November. Place of Performance Minot Air Force Base, ND 58705.
