Only quotes submitted by vendor's holding NAICS Code 517111 and the size standard is 1500 employees will be accepted by the government. Vendors shall respond to this RFQ by reviewing and filling out the attached solicitation FA301626Q0004 document and submit via email to Nichole Ray; nichole.ray.1@us.af.mil, Hannah Barron, hannah.barron@us.af,mil, and Doralo Fuller, doralo.fuller@us.af.mil no later than 2:00 P.M. CST Tuesday, 21 April 2026 (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. A site visit is scheduled at 8:30a.m. CDT on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Background This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Air Force 502d Communications Squadron for Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland and Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The goal of this contract is to provide essential telecommunication services to support the operations of JBSA-LAK and JBSA-FSH. This procurement is classified as unrestricted, allowing all qualified vendors to submit quotes. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing Local Telecommunication Services which include but are not limited to: - Management of local telecommunication services contract, including customer service and escalation procedures as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS). - Development of a Comprehensive Work Plan (CWP) that demonstrates the contractor's ability to meet all requirements outlined in the PWS. - Submission of pricing using the provided Pricing Schedule, ensuring all line items are quoted. - Installation and cutover plan detailing site-specific requirements, including an implementation timeline, responsibilities of both the contractor and government, and conditions required prior to cutover. - Experience documentation showcasing relevant contracts performed within the last three years that demonstrate capability in similar work. Place of Performance The services will be performed at Joint Base San Antonio Lackland (JBSA-LAK) and Fort Sam Houston (JBSA-FSH), Texas.
