Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: - Monthly grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, and general landscaping; - Salt and sand spreading as needed; - Weed control and soil sterilization; - Pesticide application for shrubbery and evergreens; - Weekly grass cutting. The contractor must provide normal PPE after construction is complete, while specific safety gear is required during construction. Daily litter and debris removal will be managed by VA staff. Snow removal services are required for all walkways and parking lots. The contractor must also ensure that receptacles are emptied daily and designated smoking areas are cleaned 3-3 times per week.
