The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION for Temporary Chiller Rental at the United States Military Academy (USMA). In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as a SDVOSB under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov. Site visit is scheduled for 10:00am ET on Friday 27 March 2026 . Attendees are instructed to assemble at the MICC-West Point Office located at 681 Rogers Place, First Floor Lobby, West Point, NY 10996. All interested contractors are requested to RSVP to the MICC POC (below) in advance to coordinate attendance no later than Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST. All Visitors must proceed to the USMA Visitors Control Center to get a pass to enter West Point. Work Details The contractor is required to supply, install, and test operate three 500-ton trailer-mounted air-cooled chillers with pumps at specified buildings within USMA. The specific tasks include: 1) At Bldg. 601, Thayer Hall: Supply and install one chiller for a one-month rental from May 22nd to June 21st, 2026. The contractor must ensure all associated work for installation is completed and the chiller is operational by May 22nd. 2) At Bldg. 655, Eisenhower Hall: Supply and install one chiller for a six-month rental from April 15th to October 15th, 2026. The contractor will mobilize, install, inspect, and test operation of the chillers no later than April 15th for full operational service. On October 15th, the contractor will disconnect and demobilize the chillers and all associated materials.
