Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to replace outdated kitchen prep tables in the Nutrition and Food Services uptown kitchen at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center in Augusta, GA. The current tables have been in use for over 15 years and are no longer serviceable due to wear and damage. The goal of this contract is to provide custom Titan stainless kitchen prep tables that meet the specific needs of the facility. Work Details The contractor shall provide custom Titan stainless kitchen prep tables with the following specifications: 1. Sizes: 36’’ x 48’’, 36’’ x 60’’, 36’’ x 84’’, 36’’ x 96’’, 36’’ x 36’’, 36’’ x 72’’, 36’’ x 108’’, and 41’’ x 96’’. 2. Each table must include components such as drawers, undershelves, adjustable bullet feet, utensil racks, and casters (5’’). 3. The contractor is required to conduct an on-site walk-through to gather accurate dimensions of the current tables. 4. CAD drawings for each custom table must be provided. 5. The contractor will also be responsible for the removal and disposal of existing tables and ensuring that placement of new tables does not disrupt kitchen operations, which should occur on weekends. Period of Performance Delivery should be completed within ninety (90) days from the date of award. Place of Performance Delivery will be made to Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, Warehouse Building 111, 1 Freedom Way, Augusta GA 30904.
