This trailer serves multiple purposes, including supporting aircraft LOX converters and Next-Gen Patient Therapeutic LOX Converters, as well as providing mobility for servicing in austere locations. The acquisition is crucial for enhancing logistics capabilities, particularly during deployments where servicing capability is limited. Work Details The contractor shall provide a 500-gallon Liquid Oxygen Trailer with the following specifications: 1. Capacity of 500 gallons of Liquid Oxygen. 2. Trailer mounted and towable by flightline vehicles. 3. Normal operating pressure of 50 PSIG. 4. Annular space vacuum of less than 10 microns. 5. Tank pressure relief valve actuating at 65 PSIG. 6. Trailer tank safety rupture disc relieving at 98 PSIG. 7. Static grounding reel with clamp or mounting position for one. 8. Anchor points for transportation. 9. Compliance with Air Force PD13WEGRVEA05 and MIL-STD-810 standards. Additionally, the contractor must provide: - Operational training for 25 personnel on device usage. - Service/maintenance training for 25 Electrical and Environmental Systems Technicians. - A warranty covering equipment for 12 months. - All freight, handling, and labor charges included in the proposal.
