Background This requirement is to provide on-site SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) Physical & Fit Tests and Spirometry Testing for employees of the Six River National Forest, Eureka, CA 95501. The goal of this contract is to streamline the process of providing these essential health services to employees, who previously paid out of pocket and sought reimbursements. This new approach consolidates costs and ensures timely clearance for all applicable employees, thereby reducing redundant reimbursement processes. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for conducting annual on-site SCBA Physicals, SCBA Fit Testing, and Spirometry Testing at the Six Rivers National Forest. Key tasks include: 1) Providing documentation of tests taken to government employees at the time of service; 2) Delivering an itemized cost and accounting summary to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for each day tests are conducted. The contractor must also ensure access to a government building on Six Rivers National Forest for testing days, which includes access to bathrooms, water, electrical hook-ups, parking space, and grounds.
