Background This contract is issued by the United States Department of the Army for Full Food Service dining facility operations at Camp Guernsey, Wyoming. The goal is to provide comprehensive food services that meet the standards set by the USDA, FSIS, and NRA, ensuring quality dining experiences for military personnel and other authorized users. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to manage and operate a Full Food Service dining facility. Key tasks include: - Operating hours from 05:30 to 20:00 seven days a week when meals are ordered. - Meal service times: Breakfast (06:00-08:00), Lunch (11:00-13:00), Dinner (17:00-19:00). - Prioritizing service for uniformed personnel during meal times. - Maintaining an adequate workforce for uninterrupted service. - Developing and implementing a Quality Control Plan to ensure compliance with performance standards. - Managing menu planning, food preparation, serving and replenishing food, ordering subsistence items, cleaning facilities and equipment, headcount/cashier duties, and bussing tables. - Ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the dining facility. - Providing disposable food preparation and serving materials as required. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a period of 1 Base Year consisting of 12 months. Place of Performance The services will be performed at the Dining Facility (DFAC), Building 202, Camp Guernsey, Wyoming.
