Background The Monte Vista National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) is managed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) with a mission to conserve, protect, and enhance fish, wildlife, and plants and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people. This contract aims to repair four wells at the Monte Vista NWR located in Monte Vista, Colorado, as part of ongoing efforts to maintain essential water resources for wildlife. Work Details The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required for the repair of four wells at Monte Vista NWR. The specific tasks include: 1. Repairing Well #9 2. Repairing Well #10 3. Repairing Well #60 4. Replacing the pipeline for Well #7 (replace ditch). The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations during the execution of this work. Period of Performance The contract performance period is from April 30, 2026, to July 29, 2026. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at Monte Vista National Wildlife Refuge located in Monte Vista, Colorado.
