Compliance with these specifications is mandatory, and no substitutions will be accepted. The contract emphasizes sourcing products that can be distributed within the United States, including those from foreign countries if not explicitly restricted. Work Details The contract includes the following items to be delivered in specified quantities and packaging: 1. Beans, Dry, Black Beans, Whole, U.S. Grade 1 – 3: 5,000 LB in 50 lb sealed bags. 2. Beans, Dry, Black-Eyed Peas, U.S. Grade 1 – 3: 5,000 LB in 50 lb sealed bags. 3. Beans, Dry, Pinto, Whole, U.S. Grade 1 – 3: 30,000 LB in 50 lb sealed bags. 4. Rice, U.S. Grade 1 or 2, Long Grain MILLED Rice, Parboiled Light: 40,000 LB in bulk (50 lb sealed bags). 5. Pasta varieties including Macaroni (Elbow Form), Lasagna Noodles (Curl or Flat Form), Rotini Form: quantities ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 LB in various packaging sizes from 1 lb to 40 lb sealed bags. 6. Hummus (Prepared): 500 EA in individual 3 oz containers. 7. Soy Protein Products (SPP) with various specifications: quantities ranging from 2,500 LB to include meat flavor bits or crumbles and chicken flavor chunks. 8. Soup Bases (Bouillon) with chicken and vegetable flavors: quantities of up to 7,500 LB with specific solubility and sodium content requirements. 9. Non-Fat Dry Milk fortified with Vitamins A and D: 10,000 LB in sealed bags. 10. Various spices including Chili Powder Blend and Garlic Powder: quantities ranging from 500 LB to 650 LB in sealed containers. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is set for the third quarter of FY2026.
