Work Details The contractor shall perform Occupational Health Medical Surveillance Examinations and Occupational Health Services for 90 federal technicians. The services include: 1) Conducting physical/dermatological exams, complete lab draws, vision screenings, and blood level tests for chromium, lead, cadmium, and zinc protoporphyrin. 2) Coordinating individual exam schedules with the Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) and ensuring all exams are completed within the specified period of performance. 3) Maintaining medical liability insurance that meets local community standards. 4) Consulting with the OHN to resolve any issues before, during, or after testing. 5) Performing a comprehensive review and evaluation within 30 days after testing concludes, including follow-up meetings to discuss outcomes. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from the date of award through May 31, 2026. Place of Performance Services will be provided in clinical settings within a 40-mile radius of AASF #2 and FMS#2 located at 2245 West Big Rock Rd, Waterloo, Iowa 50036.
