Background The Iowa Army National Guard is conducting market research for the requirement of Medical Surveillance Exams. This contract aims to provide Occupational Health Medical Surveillance Examinations and Occupational Health Services for federal technicians who may be exposed to health hazards in their work environment. The services are intended for full-time support personnel and temporary staff, excluding Active Guard Reserve, state employees, civilian contractors, and part-time traditional soldiers. Work Details The contractor shall perform the following tasks: 1. Conduct Medical Surveillance Examinations and Occupational Health Services for 90 federal technicians. 2. Maintain medical liability insurance acceptable to the government. 3. Coordinate individual exam schedules with the Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) and individuals involved. 4. Consult with the OHN to resolve issues before, during, and after testing. 5. Perform a comprehensive review and evaluation within 30 days after testing concludes, followed by a follow-up meeting with the OHN to discuss results. 6. Immediately notify the OHN of any abnormal test results or significant findings. Period of Performance From the date of award through May 31, 2026.
