Background The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC) is tasked with providing innovative chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive (CBRNE) defense capabilities to ensure the dominance of Joint Warfighters on the battlefield and to support interagency defense of the homeland.
