Background The Department of the Interior-National Park Service (NPS), ConOps East intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to award a firm fixed price construction contract for the rehabilitation of Pine Island Housing Unit 120 at Everglades National Park in Homestead, FL. The goal of this contract is to enhance the living conditions and functionality of the housing unit through comprehensive renovations. Work Details The work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary for: 1. Replacement of electrical systems; 2. Replacement of plumbing systems; 3. Replacement of HVAC systems; 4. Replacement of the roof; 5. Interior renovations to kitchens and bathrooms; 6.
