A suitable transport vehicle equipped with a winch (minimum 15,000 lbs capacity) must be provided. 2. Surface Preparation: Thoroughly prepare all surfaces to be painted by washing and degreasing surfaces, sanding or scuffing existing paint for proper adhesion, masking off areas not to be painted, and preparing specific components like cable/hose compartments for protective coatings. 3. Priming and Painting: Provide and apply one coat of primer and one coat of finish paint conforming to Air Force Mil Spec standards to all equipment listed in the inventory. Period of Performance The total period of performance for this acquisition will be 60 months consisting of a Base Period and five Option Periods. The Base Period runs from June 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at Joint Base Charleston (JB CHS), South Carolina.
