Background The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the repainting of various structures at Hot Springs National Park. The goal of this contract is to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to repaint specific buildings located at 101 Reserve Street, Hot Springs, AR 71901. This project supports the preservation and maintenance of historical structures within the park. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for repainting the following structures: Quarters 70 and its detached garage; Quarters 71 and its detached garage; the Medical Director’s Residence and its detached garage; the East and West Garage; the Bally Building; and the Surplus Building. The work includes surface preparation, application of paint, and ensuring that all work meets applicable standards for quality and durability. The contractor must also comply with wage rate requirements as specified in the solicitation. Period of Performance The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed and complete all work within 90 calendar days thereafter.
