Background The Tennessee Valley Healthcare Systems (TVHS) at the Alvin C. York Campus in Murfreesboro, TN, is seeking to procure partitions and installation services as part of their ongoing mission to provide quality healthcare services to veterans. This contract is specifically set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractors, reflecting the agency's commitment to supporting veteran-owned businesses. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install Moderfold Encore Partitions in Building 107 of the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System. Key specifications include: - Compliance with ASTM E84 for surface burning characteristics with a Class A flame spread rating. - Sound Transmission Classification (STC) of minimum 56 as per ASTM E90 standards. - Panel construction must include a steel sheet facing of 20 gauge thickness and a core made from a 16 gauge formed sheet steel frame with acoustical insulation fill. - The nominal thickness of the panels must be 4-1/4 inches. - Continuous piano or butt type hinges made from 18 gauge steel are required. - Panel seals must be grooved and gasketed with a flexible ribbed vinyl seal matching the panel finish. - The operation of the partitions will be manual. All work and materials provided under this contract will be warranted for one year. Period of Performance The contract period will commence on May 4, 2026, and conclude on September 30, 2026.
