Background New Mexico State University (NMSU) is the state’s land-grant university, established under the Constitution of the State of New Mexico. NMSU serves the educational needs of New Mexico’s diverse population through comprehensive programs of education, research, extension education, and public service. The goal of this contract is to procure a cloud-based software platform for the Education Abroad Office to enhance its operational capabilities. Work Details The contractor will provide a cloud-based software platform specifically designed for the Education Abroad Office. This includes functionalities for managing student applications, tracking program participation, facilitating communication between students and advisors, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies. The software must be user-friendly and accessible to both students and staff. It should also integrate with existing systems used by NMSU. Period of Performance The contract will be for a total period of ten (10) years, consisting of an initial three (3) year term with seven (7) one-year extensions available at the department's discretion. Place of Performance The services will be performed at New Mexico State University locations in Las Cruces, New Mexico, with potential remote access capabilities for users. Bidder Requirements Respondents must have a New Mexico Resident Business Certificate or a Veterans Resident Business Certificate issued by the State of New Mexico. They are required to upload proof of insurance (Certificate of Liability) as part of their proposal submission.
