Work Details The contractor is tasked with restoring the Summit Conveyor, Model SB48-30, to full operational capability through several specific actions: 1. Replacement of the loading belt, including removal of the existing damaged belt and installation of a new belt that meets or exceeds OEM specifications. 2. Repair of the sorting belt by inspecting it and replacing any damaged sections or components as necessary to restore its functionality. 3. Both belts must be aligned, tensioned, and adjusted properly. 4. Operational testing must be conducted to verify system functionality under normal load conditions for a minimum of two hours without malfunction or misalignment. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for these tasks.
