This notice announces that sealed bid proposals will be accepted by North Star Academy Charter School of Newark, Inc. for the Interior Painting Project at 43 Alexander Street, Newark, NJ 07106. The estimated cost of the project is $125,000. The scope of work includes interior painting of classrooms, office/administrative rooms, hallways, auditorium, and ductwork. The work is scheduled to commence on June 12, 2026, with substantial completion expected by August 3, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is the only opportunity for prospective bidders to access the site. Bidders must attend this meeting to review all instructions and contract documents regarding scheduling requirements and obligations. The first mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on March 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM at the project site, with a second conference to be scheduled at the discretion of the Owner.
