April 01, 2030 March 31, 2031 The Government may have a future need for additional Laundry and Linen within the Bravo Area of Responsibility (AoR) which includes but is not limited to (Mississippi, Texas, and Oklahoma) to be consolidated/added to this contract as a result from this solicitation. In the event additional services are needed within the solicited AoR, same/similar scope of work, the Contracting Office will submit a written notice with specific details. An official proposal is hereby requested. Proposals shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Khaireyal Y. Barcia (khaireyal.y.barcia.civ@health.mil) and the Contracting Officer, Meagan E. Askew (meagan.e.askew.civ@health.mil) by the time and date stated in Block 8 of the SF1449. All questions shall be submitted via email no later than March 12, 2026 10:00am Central Standard Time. Questions or comments received after the question deadline date and time, will be considered but may not receive a response. Work Details The Contractor shall provide personnel, labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide laundry services to the 14th Medical Group in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Specific items include: - Blanket, Cotton: 30 Each - Curtain, Bedside: 75 Each - Shirt, Scrub: 2,000 Each - Jacket, Lab: 75 Each - Towel, Bath: 50 Each - Towel, Hand: 75 Each - Coat, Scrub: 3,000 Each - Pants, Scrub: 2,000 Each Additionally, there will be a Delivery Fee for providing these services over the contract period.
