Additional Requirements

-At least 19,000 ABOA SF must be contiguous on consecutive floors. Any remaining space to meet the ABOA SF requirements must be contiguous on one floor. -All space must be located above the entry level floor with no space located below grade. -Offered space shall not be collocated in a building with residential units. -The following businesses, federal agencies, and/ or services cannot be in the building: Pretrial Services, Office of United States Attorneys, Federal Public Defenders Office -Schools -Daycare centers

Law Enforcement Agencies

-Secure parking must be located within .25 miles from the offered space. -A minimum of 42 public parking spaces shall be available within .25 miles from the offered space. -Offered building/ properties are subject to a risk/ vulnerability assessment. The outcome of the assessment may result in the building not being technically compliant. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).
