Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for Project 578-26-004, which involves Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Abatement Services at the Edward Hines Jr. Veterans Affairs Hospital.
