Background The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, Measurement Science and Engineering Department is responsible for Metrology, Test, and Monitoring Systems Assessment supporting the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) Program. The goal of this contract is to modernize existing Low Pressure Gage Calibrators across Navy Calibration Laboratories to ensure proper weapons operation, interoperability, and peak readiness for the fleet. Work Details The contract requires the procurement of Low Pressure Gage Calibrators with the following specifications: - Pressure modes and ranges: - Absolute: 1 to 100 pounds per square inch absolute - Gauge: -14 to 100 pounds per square inch gauge - Vacuum: 0 to 28 inches of mercury. The contractor must provide manuals and supplemental data with each calibration standard, including safety information, theory of operation, troubleshooting, maintenance instructions, and operational instructions. Deliverables include: 1. Manuals and Supplemental Data (CDRL T001) 2. Standard commercial warranty after Government acceptance 3. Calibration Certificate with actual data for each calibrator (CDRL A001) 4. Calibration traceable to NIST (CDRL A001) 5. Calibration label indicating calibration interval 6. Proposed Spare Parts List (CDRL A002) 7. Software Version Description (CDRL A003) 8. Step-by-step recorded training manual syllabus in video format (CDRL A004). Place of Performance Deliveries will be made to the Navy Fleet Calibration Laboratories located at various sites including Beaufort, SC.
