The Contractor must adhere to the following references: National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 10, Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers, Amerex Manual for 150-pound Wheeled Fire Extinguisher, and OSHA Regulation 1910.157. Specific tasks include: conducting six-year internal exams of extinguishers; performing twelve-year hydrostatic testing; repairing or replacing worn or broken components; recharging fire extinguishers; and affixing durable maintenance tags that document service details. Services must be performed at a rate of no less than seven extinguishers at a time and at least twice per month starting June 1, 2026. Period of Performance The contract will commence upon award and will require ongoing services with specific deliverables scheduled for May 2026 through July 2026.
