The purpose of this requirement is to secure janitorial services for the Bridger-Teton National Forest in Jackson, Wyoming. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, equipment and supplies not listed as Government-furnished items below necessary to perform services under the janitorial contract. All designated areas must present a clean, healthful, and well-kept appearance. The work will consist of cleaning floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning furnishings/furniture. Total square footage of areas requiring cleaning is 22,986 (divided into 3 areas/buildings (Combined SO/D4= 19,042 SF, Fire Cache/Engine 441 Office =1,444 SF, Teton Interagency Helibase = 2,500 SF), The contractor shall comply with required bio-based and bio-preferred materials requirements of the solicitation. A site visit is scheduled for March 19, 2026 at 1:00 PM MT. Interested vendors will meet the COR at the Bridger-Teton National Forest Supervisor's Office located on the compound at 340 N. Cache, Jackson, Wyoming 83001 at the scheduled time. Vendors are not required to submit any information to attend the site visit, but they will be asked to fill out an attendance sheet (Company Name, Employee Name, Phone Number, and Email Address).

Background The purpose of this requirement is to secure janitorial services for the Bridger-Teton National Forest in Jackson, Wyoming. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform services under the janitorial contract. The goal is to maintain a clean, healthful, and well-kept appearance across designated areas totaling 22,986 square feet, which includes three buildings: Combined SO/D4 (19,042 SF), Fire Cache/Engine 441 Office (1,444 SF), and Teton Interagency Helibase (2,500 SF). The contractor must comply with bio-based and bio-preferred materials requirements. Work Details The contractor will perform a variety of janitorial tasks including: cleaning floors (sweeping, mopping), vacuuming carpets, and cleaning furnishings/furniture. Specific tasks include maintaining floors to ensure they are free of dirt and debris; sweeping and mopping restrooms and break rooms; removing trash and recycling; cleaning interior glass and mirrors; disinfecting drinking fountains; vacuuming carpets; general spot cleaning; dusting surfaces; changing light bulbs as needed; ensuring break rooms are stocked with supplies. Additionally, restroom cleaning involves disinfecting all surfaces including sinks and toilets, descaling toilet bowls monthly, and stocking restroom supplies adequately. Periodic services include stripping and waxing floors annually, cleaning windows three times a year, and deep cleaning locker rooms twice a year. Period of Performance Base Year from May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027 with options for four additional years extending through April 30, 2031. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the Bridger-Teton National Forest Supervisor’s Office located at 340 N. Cache Street, Jackson, Wyoming and the Teton Interagency Helibase at 1260 East Airport Road.
