This is a solicitation for the procurement of a Banner Printer for The Massachusetts Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion (MAARNG RRB) utilizing simplified procedures under FAR Subpart 12.201-1 for commercial products and services under the simplified acquisition threshold. The MAARNG RRB would like to procure one (1) high-performance large format (banner) production printing system for use by the Marketing Section to replace existing end-of-life cycle device. The purpose of this item is to produce localized, imminently required RPI (Recruiting Promotional Items) for use of the Recruiting and Retention NCOs (RRNCOs) to generate awareness, enhance rapport/relationships, and generate leads and prospects for enlistment into the MAARNG. The large format printing system must be capable of high-volume output, offer superior print quality, and include robust support and maintenance services. The Government contemplates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Single Award Purchase Order (PO)

This acquisition aims to replace an existing end-of-life device used by the Marketing Section to produce localized Recruiting Promotional Items (RPI). The goal is to enhance awareness, build relationships, and generate leads for enlistment into the MAARNG. Work Details The contract involves the procurement of one (1) Desktop Publishing Banner Printer with the following specifications: - Capable of high-volume output and superior print quality. - Must function as the primary large format printer for producing banners, window/floor graphics, and wall coverings. - Includes Versaworks 7 RIP software (or equivalent Mac compatible software) and professional training. - Comes with a dedicated stand, media take-up unit and holders, replacement blade for separating knife, cleaning liquid bottle, power cords, all supplies, and a 2-year maintenance plan warranty. - Requires 6 of each Greenguard Gold Certified TH 500ml ink cartridges: CYAN, MAGENTA, YELLOW, BLACK TrueVIS Professional Ink. - Dimensions: No wider than 120”; No deeper than 32”; No taller than 60”.
