General Contractor For Bond Project

The Hidalgo Independent School District ( HISD or the District ) is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified offerors to provide services for the GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR BOND PROJECT (also referred to as the Project ) as identified herein. This Competitive Sealed Proposal ( CSP ) is issued as a single solicitation for the District's bond construction project consisting of the following components (collectively, the Project ): 1. Career and Technical Education (CTE) Building 2. Agricultural Barn (FFA) Building; and 3. Sports Center Complex Building PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8, 2026, AT 2:00 P.M.
