Background The Government intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source contract to Advantor Systems for the delivery and installation of an additional alarm system at Hanscom Air Force Base. The goal of this contract is to enhance security within Building 1614 by installing an alarm panel that connects to the 66th Security Forces Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC). Advantor Systems is recognized for their expertise in security systems and has been selected due to their familiarity with the specific requirements outlined in various security directives. Work Details The contractor shall provide the following products and services: 1. IG2 IDS Panel: a. Provide and install one IG2 IDS Panel that will annunciate one alarm output from the existing IDS Panel to BDOC Advantor Head End System. b. Provide connectivity between existing IG2 IDS Panel and new IDS Panel, programming the existing panel to apply and output on alarm. c. Program an alarm point in new IG2 Panel for 24/7 monitoring, following similar programming as other IDS Panels in Building 1614. d. Customer will provide two strands of SM Fiber Transport from the location of the new panel to either the Building Internal Comm Room ITN or BDOC Network Switch. e. IG2 LAN 115V FIPS encryption required. f. Infratouch Keypad and ACT Infratouch back box must be included. 2. Additional materials necessary for installation purposes must be supplied by the contractor. 3. Personnel provided must be UL2050-certified installers, presenting certifications prior to installation. 4. A submittal package in PDF format including Specification Sheets, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, and/or Drawings must be provided to support the project plan. 5. Conduct pre-award and post-award site surveys to ensure job completion. 6. One (1) year Service and Maintenance Warranty is required, with responsibility for resolving any system issues during this period. Period of Performance Work shall be completed no later than 180 days after contract award. Place of Performance Work will be performed at Building 1614, 11 Barksdale Street, Hanscom Air Force Base, MA 01730.
