Work Details The contract requires the delivery of Reclining Ophthalmic Surgical Chairs with the following salient characteristics: - Weight capacity: 500 lbs - Chair height range: 20 inches to 40 inches - Concave contoured head pads in sizes: 4”, 4.5”, and 5” - Power supply: 120V - O2 Tank Holder included - New bases for the chairs are required. The Manufacturer Part Numbers (MPNs) for the ESC2 Surgical Chair and accessories (power cord, O2 tank holder, contoured head pads) must be specified in the proposal. Installation by a qualified technician is required to ensure proper assembly and operational setup of the chairs upon delivery to Bldg. 46 warehouse. Place of Performance The products will be delivered to Bldg. 46 warehouse at the Black Hills VA HealthCare System.
