The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) invites vendors to submit a quote in response to RFQ No. CORHQ 26 Q 0080 for the FDIC Aruba Networking System requirement. All offerors must use the provided Price Schedule template to submit pricing for all required line items and should include their most favorable discount to the Government. Any Terms and Conditions, End User License Agreements (EULAs), or Master Service Agreements (MSAs) must be submitted with the quote for incorporation into the resulting contract. The FDIC prefers Government approved terms. Each quote submission must include the following components, preferably as separate documents: Price Schedule Spreadsheet (REQUIRED) Section K Representations and Certifications (REQUIRED) Proof of active registration in SAM.gov (REQUIRED) Proof of partnership with HPE Aruba (REQUIRED) Pre Award Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Information (REQUIRED) EULAs, MSAs, or Warranty Terms (if applicable) Quotes that do not include all required components listed above will not be considered for award. The selected awardee must have an active SAM.gov registration prior to contract award. Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM EST on March 13, 2026. All quotes must be submitted by 12:00 PM EST on March 20, 2026. Please note that I will be out of the office from March 6, 2026 through March 15, 2026.
