The Pinon Health Center is one of the facilities under NAIHS, providing various healthcare services to approximately 11,000 patients, primarily Navajo. This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist Nonpersonal Services at the Pinon Health Center. Work Details The contractor will provide outpatient Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist services at the Pinon Health Center. Responsibilities include: 1. Performing outpatient diagnostic radiology technician duties as directed by the Acute Care Services Medical Officer or designee. 2. Independently providing professional diagnostic radiologic services in a respectful manner. 3. Securing patient confidence and ensuring proper safety protocols during procedures. 4. Checking in patients, scheduling examinations, and explaining procedures. 5. Evaluating critical and emergency procedures and adjusting patient priorities accordingly. 6. Consulting with radiologists for complex exams and advising on results. 7. Assisting in emergency first aid when necessary and maintaining certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). 8. Participating in quality control activities as required by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). 9. Documenting all services rendered using the Chinle Service Unit’s Electronic Health Record system. 10. Maintaining departmental logs and records related to repairs, maintenance, and supplies. Period of Performance The contract period of performance is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the Pinon Health Center located in Pinon, Arizona.
