This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0177 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Field Corn Seed. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-06 dated 10/01/2025. The Agriculture Priorities and Allocations System (APAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this solicitation. See Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. There are no additional requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices. Quotes are due by the date/time/time zone listed in the Date Offers Due field. Submit quotes to the Primary Point of Contact and Secondary Point of Contact (if applicable) by the Date Offers Due . Quotes received after the established Date Offers Due deadline will be considered late. Late quotes may only be considered if it is in the Government's best interest and if it will not unduly delay award.
