Background This contract is issued by the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) for the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) program, which aims to provide leadership training to cadets. Specific tasks include: - Providing breakfast meals for 1,200 cadets. - Providing lunch meals for 1,470 cadets. - Accommodating 300 cadets and 86 cadre with lodging and training facilities. - Facilitating training activities such as land navigation, aquatics training, confidence building with a rappel tower and climbing wall. - Conducting a resource working group on 25 May 2026 and managing on-site camp training from 8 to 12 June 2026.
