This is a non-personal services contract to provide food, lodging and facility usage for cadets conducting Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) from 25 May to 12 June 2026 for the Chicago Public Schools (CPS).The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform specified lodging, meals, and facility usage in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract
Background This contract is issued by the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) for the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) program, which aims to provide leadership training to cadets. The contractor will deliver non-personal services including food, lodging, and facility usage for cadets and cadre participating in the JCLC from 25 May to 12 June 2026. The Army Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) requires qualified staff to conduct training and provide necessary accommodations for this event. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform specified lodging, meals, and facility usage as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include: - Providing breakfast meals for 1,200 cadets. - Providing lunch meals for 1,470 cadets. - Accommodating 300 cadets and 86 cadre with lodging and training facilities. - Facilitating training activities such as land navigation, aquatics training, confidence building with a rappel tower and climbing wall. - Conducting a resource working group on 25 May 2026 and managing on-site camp training from 8 to 12 June 2026. The contractor must ensure all services meet the standards set forth in the contract. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from 25 May 2026 to 12 June 2026.
