Background The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to establish a contract for Short-Term Vehicle Rental Program Call Center Support Services. This initiative aims to provide administrative non-personal services support to the GSA Office of Fleet Management, assisting federal agencies with their short-term and temporary vehicle needs through Task/Delivery Orders issued against GSA Federal Supply Multiple Award Schedules (MAS). The goal of this contract is to enhance customer support and program management for the STR program. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing various administrative and clerical support tasks, which include: 1) Program Management Support: Responding to STR support requests and program inquiries, attending weekly status meetings, evaluating vehicle rental invoices for accuracy, and reporting on orders exceeding the micro-purchase threshold. 2) National Technical and Administrative Customer Support: Providing assistance and instruction to STR program participants, including federal customers and vendors. 3) Data Management: Managing data related to the STR program. 4) General Support to GSA Office of Fleet Management: Offering additional administrative support as needed. Period of Performance The contract will have a Base Year plus four optional years, with specific labor hours allocated per year as detailed in the solicitation. Place of Performance The services will be performed at locations designated by the GSA Office of Fleet Management.
