Work Details The contractor is required to provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, services, and equipment to complete the work as per the Statement of Work (SOW) and attached specifications and drawings. Specific tasks include: - Demolition and removal of the existing rooftop-mounted 40-ton refrigerant condenser at Building 200. - Installation of a new condenser along with associated apparatus and infrastructure including condensate piping, refrigerant line-sets, refrigerant evaporators, and an exterior walk-in freezer. - All materials must be new and installed according to the manufacturer's installation instructions. - The contractor must also ensure proper disposal of construction debris and hazardous waste in accordance with Department of Veterans Affairs Infection Control Procedures and Federal/State Environmental Protection Procedures.
