Background The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires janitorial services for two locations: Gulf Port ATCT in Gulfport, MS, and Mobile ATCT in Mobile, AL. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement set aside for all SBA Total Small Businesses. The contract aims to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of these operational facilities, supporting the FAA's mission to provide the safest, most efficient aerospace system in the world. Work Details The contractor will provide daily janitorial services at both Gulf Port and Mobile ATCTs. Tasks include: - Waste/recycle receptacle management - Policing grounds - Surface dusting and cleaning - Window cleaning - Maintenance of carpeted and uncarpeted floors - Cleaning stairwells/elevators/handicap lifts - Restroom maintenance including showers and locker rooms - Upkeep of drinking fountains, lactation rooms, kitchen areas, breakrooms, wellness centers, operational areas - Handling blood and bodily fluids as necessary. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, licenses, permits, fees and supervision necessary for these services. Period of Performance The period of performance begins on June 1, 2026 for a base year with four (4) option years extending through May 31, 2031. Place of Performance The services will be performed at the following locations: 1. Gulf Port ATCT - 4445 10th Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39501; 2. Mobile ATCT - 101 Flave Pierce Rd., Mobile, AL 36608.
