The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, hereby announces the solicitation for Fort Randall Remote IO and Annunciation Panel Supply . The solicitation will close on 03 April 2026. The solicitation is Unrestricted and Open to Both Large and Small Business Participation.
This project will upgrade and unify the Annunciation system and data recorders in the Fort Randall Powerhouse. It will provide a common platform to facilitate a modern Sequence of Events Recorder (SER) and reduce alarm noise caused by repeated inputs to Omaha's Power Plant Control System (PPCS). The system will be resilient, reliable, and reduce wiring requirements. The contractor shall provide a pre-built panel ready to insert in a bay as shown in the drawings, including all equipment, components, parts, pieces, and wiring required to fabricate the panel. The completed panel will be assembled and installed on a 19 rack. The rack and panel will be ready to bolt into the frame, fully wired and assembled. On-site installation of the panel will be performed by Government personnel. Detailed technical requirements will be included in the Technical Specifications. Delivery is 120 days after award.
