This is a Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential sources possessing the capabilities described herein and ascertain whether the required supplies are commercial in nature. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. BACKGROUND

The Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) BioSkills Department has a current contract for Human Cadavers that is expiring on 30 June 2026 and requires a new contract. The human cadavers will be delivered via ground shipment to Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. - DESCRIPTION: NAICS 621991 Blood and Organ Banks, PSC 6555 Human Tissue and Cadavers. See DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW).

Background The Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) BioSkills Department is seeking a new contract for the delivery of Human Cadavers as their current contract expires on June 30, 2026.
