Background The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive dockside repairs and maintenance for the US Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) SPENCER (WMEC-905), a 270-foot Medium Endurance Cutter. This requirement is part of the Coast Guard's mission to ensure operational readiness and safety of its vessels. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary facilities, materials, equipment, and personnel to perform dockside repairs and maintenance on the USCGC SPENCER. The scope includes but is not limited to: - Conducting inspections and assessments of the vessel's condition. - Performing necessary repairs to the hull, machinery, and systems onboard. - Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards as set by the U.S. Coast Guard. - Coordinating with Coast Guard personnel for scheduling and execution of work tasks. - Documenting all work performed and providing reports as required. Period of Performance The contract period of performance is from approximately 31 August 2026 to 25 October 2026. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at designated dockside facilities suitable for servicing the USCGC SPENCER.
