Background The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is issuing this solicitation for a winch skid unit for the Loess Bluffs National Wildlife Refuge. Work Details The contract requires delivery of a winch skid unit with the following specifications: - Referenced Brand and Model: Dyno Tune, PWS30 - Quantity: 1 each - Salient Characteristics: - 30,000 lb. capacity winch with wide-drum configuration - Manual free-spool capability - Powder-coat finish - Removable dozer blade with approximately 7 ft. working width - Capacity for approximately 300 ft. of 5/8-inch wire rope - Ice/gravel spikes - Hydraulic pressure gauge - Skid-steer style tie-back anchors - Removable and serviceable cutting edge - Removable operator guard - Delivery must be FOB Destination, fully assembled and ready for use upon delivery.
