Background The United States Air Force (USAF) is conducting market research to notify industry of its intent for contract action related to Event Logistic Support Services. This sources sought notice is not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from this notice. The purpose is to gather information and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for the required services as outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated contract action is expected to be issued as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing Event Logistic Support Services, which include: - Conducting a mandatory on-site visit within 90 days of contract award; - Developing an Event Logistics Plan (ELP) that encompasses assessment, coordination, draft planning, design, parking strategy, resource and personnel planning, and contingency integration; - Submitting monthly progress reports via email; - Providing an initial draft ELP for government review within 30 days post site visit; - Incorporating government feedback into a final ELP within 60 days of the initial draft submission; - Managing ingress and egress operations during peak periods to ensure timely vehicle clearance; - Overseeing the teardown and removal of all event-related items post-event; and - Identifying staging areas for materials and equipment with documentation submitted six months prior to the event date.
