Elevator safety inspections for all traction and hydraulic elevators located at Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) in Little Rock and North Little Rock, AR. The elevator maintenance contractor under contract with the CAVHS at the specific building location shall be present and assist in the inspection and testing.
