Background The State of Vermont Military Department is issuing a construction invitation to bid for the Ethan Allen Air Force Base (EAAFB) Energy Resiliency ASP project. The goal of this project is to enhance energy resilience at the base through various infrastructure improvements. Place of Performance The work will be performed at Ethan Allen Air Force Base located in Colchester, Vermont. Bidder Requirements Bidders must comply with full bonding requirements for this job. Additionally, all personnel must undergo a criminal background check if not currently on file. Contractors and subcontractors must adhere to adjudication standards using the NCIC-III and TSDB. Bidders are also required to submit various certifications depending on the project value, including a signed Certificate of Compliance and a Debarment And Non-Collusion Certification.
