Background The contract is issued by the Army JROTC for the JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Valor 2026. The purpose of this contract is to provide a comprehensive set of services necessary for conducting the JCLC, which is mandated by Cadet Command Regulation (CCR) 145-2. The event aims to train and develop leadership skills among cadets in a structured environment, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the JCLC Valor 2026. Specific tasks include: 1. Provide lodging for 250 cadets and 50 cadre from March 19 to March 23, 2026. 2. Provide meals including breakfast, lunch, bagged lunches, and evening snacks for all participants during the event. 3. Ensure all training facilities are available and staffed to support various activities including rappelling, land navigation courses, COPE courses (high and low ropes), water safety training with access to a swimming pool and canoeing. 4. Supply necessary equipment such as 50 two-way radios and 15 gas-powered golf carts for maneuvering throughout the training area. 5. Maintain a crime-free environment during all activities. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from March 19, 2026, to March 23, 2026. Place of Performance The services will be performed at a site located no further than 70 miles from Astronaut High School in Cocoa, Florida.
