The JCLC is an annual event that aims to train and develop leadership skills among Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) cadets. The event will take place at a site no further than 70 miles from Astronaut High School, which must have adequate facilities for billeting, food service, transportation, and medical support. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the JCLC Valor 2026. Specific tasks include: - Providing meals for 250 cadets and 50 cadre from lunch on March 19 to a bag lunch on March 23, 2026. - Offering evening snacks daily for the same number of participants. - Supplying lodging for all participants during the event. - Ensuring training facilities and staff are available to support all scheduled events. - Providing necessary equipment such as 50 two-way radios and 15 gas-powered golf carts for maneuvering throughout the training location. - Establishing a crime-free environment during all activities. - Facilitating various training activities including rappelling, land navigation courses, COPE courses (high and low ropes), water safety training with access to a swimming pool and canoeing.
